Her paintings are mainly water colour based but she is not limited in her ability in other mediums in expressing her full creativity and giving her subject character and personality.
She enjoys making unique connections with her clients while producing her art work. She has exhibited her paintings both in Australia and Taiwan. She is now embarking a new chapter of her artistic career in the UK starting in 2015.

With over a decade of experience drawing people live, from portrait commissions and busy art markets to fashion and brand events, Bee creates individual artworks in watercolour and mixed media for guests to take home.
With a background in fine art, fashion illustration and printmaking, her approach combines expressive lines, vibrant colour and personal interpretation. Rather than following a fixed portrait formula, she responds to each person in the moment, creating distinctive, hand-drawn keepsakes that capture something of their individuality and the atmosphere of the occasion.

How it works

Set up: Bee arrives and prepares her materials at your venue.

Meet the artist: Guests can sit for a live portrait, or be photographed on arrival and drawn while they enjoy the event.

Drawn by hand: Each portrait is created in watercolour and mixed media, typically taking around 5–15 minutes, depending on the chosen style and level of detail.

Take home: Each finished portrait is handed directly to the guest as a personal keepsake.

Live illustration is available by the hour, with a minimum booking of three hours. Based between London and Taipei, Bee is available for events in the UK and internationally, with travel and accommodation arranged where required.
